“Armony” in Piazza Grande at the 79th Locarno Film Festival

We are delighted to announce that Armony, the new feature film by Dario Albertini, will have its World Premiere in Piazza Grande at the 79th Locarno Film Festival.
Starring Valerio Mastandrea in the lead role, the film tells a story of unexpected family bonds, responsibility, and new forms of belonging. Alongside him are the young Aurora Cherchi and a cast that includes Clara Tramontano, Pamela Schettino, Nando Paone, Elena Lietti, Francesca Antonelli, Asia Argento, and a special appearance by Ornella Muti.

With Armony, Dario Albertini returns to themes that have long been central to his work, focusing on an unconventional family and on the transformative power of human connection.
Armony is produced by The Apartment, a Fremantle company, and Damocle, in association with Rai Cinema and with the participation of HBO Max. The film will be distributed in Italian cinemas by I Wonder Pictures. International sales are handled by True Colours.
The screening in Piazza Grande marks an important recognition for the film and a special opportunity to connect with audiences in one of the most iconic venues of international cinema.
